How it works
PaymentXChange is a web-based application that processes check payments electronically through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network. Paying customers simply provide their bank routing number and account number over the phone to your business and verbally authorize payment. The information is entered into the PaymentXChange online interface and sent to Creative Payment Solutions for processing.
The paying customer’s checking account is debited and funds are credited to your business account, all by
ACH transaction. We’ll even send a confirmation letter to the paying customer to complete the transaction.
